OUR TEAM KNOWS PARTIES
Our party packages include everything from a party room, event coordinator, party host, food, drinks, table ware, grip socks, and lots of action-packed playtime! We even take care of the set-up and take-down. Customize your party package by adding additional food, premium goodie bags, crafts, and other unique options. Mix and match to create something your child will love.

The Party Process:
- Our Event Coordinator will contact you prior to your scheduled event to confirm all details and ensure everything is tailored to your preferences.
- Please arrive at your designated start time with your guests for the 15-minute check-in period, where waivers will be checked and wristbands and grip socks will be distributed.
- Let the fun begin! Children will have access to all park attractions, with the exception of the Hyperdeck experience.
- Your group will be guided to a private party room or designated party table, where food, cake, and presents will be prepared. This area will be reserved for 1 hour and 45 minutes after your 15-minute check-in period concludes.
- A dedicated Party Attendant will be assigned to your group to ensure everything runs smoothly and to help create an exceptional celebration experience.
FAQ
A private party at our facility includes exclusive use of one of our party rooms, reserved for a duration of 1 hour and 45 minutes. An open party is hosted in our open seating area, where we
reserve a designated number of tables to comfortably accommodate your participating guests.
One guardian per child is permitted to attend the party without charge. Any additional adults will incur a fee, per adult, to accommodate within our space. If an adult chooses to participate, they will be charged at a discounted rate as a participating adult.
Party rooms are assigned based on several factors, including the number of participating guests. Therefore, they cannot be specifically requested. Rest assured, if you have reserved a
party room, one will be provided for your event.
Our party rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate your participating guests. While parents are always welcome in the room, we recommend that adult guests utilize the open seating area located directly across from the party rooms.
Our party package includes free admission for the birthday child, 10 participating guests, Empire jump socks, table settings, multicolored balloons, (2) 18-inch pizzas, and unlimited water
and fountain drinks for those guests. Additional guests beyond the initial 10 are priced as follows: $40.99 per person for ages 6 and older; $15.99 per person for ages 5 and under. For every 5 additional guests, we will provide you with an additional 18-inch pizza.
Your package includes basic decorations. We provide orange and blue tablecloths, cups, plates, napkins, utensils, and latex multicolored balloon bouquets, all set based on your provided
count on participating guests.
We welcome basic decorations for your event, including cups, plates, tablecloths, napkins, utensils, one “Happy Birthday” banner, and a few inflated balloons. If your decorations exceed
10 minutes of set-up or removal, you will be charged a fee. All decorations must be dropped off at least 24 hours prior to the party. Parents and guests are not permitted to set up the decorations themselves, as our team will handle this.
Our parties are open style/free play, excluding their private event in either laser tag or dodgeball. A dedicated party host is included in our private party packages, while open (table)
parties are provided with a server. The host’s primary role is to manage all aspects of the party to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. As a result, they may not be able to stay with the children at all times. For an additional fee, you can add a guided party host to your package.
Both open and private party packages include 2 large pizzas for every 10 participating guests. Additional food options are available and can be ordered from our party catering menu, which will be provided upon checkout/completing your reservation.
Outside food is permitted for a fee. Outside food items are limited to salads and sandwiches; no exception. If you would like to bring food due to allergies or religious purposes, only pizza will be allowed to be brought in.
Our maximum participating guest count accepted is 50. If you are unsure about the exact number of guests, it is required to book 5 less than the number of guests anticipated. For parties
with more than 30 participating guests, a reservation for 30 guests is required. This allows our team to accurately prepare and accommodate your party’s needs.
An additional hour of playtime can be added to your reservation for $15.99 per participating guest. Please note that this extension does not include additional time in the reserved party
room.
