WAIVER & SAFETY
Safety: our #1 Priority
Prior to entry and use of EMPIRE Adventure Park all participants must complete a waiver. In our continuous desire to improve our processes and become more environmentally friendly EMPIRE Adventure Park utilizes an online paperless waiver. Our online waiver allows us to reduce our overall impact on mother nature and eliminates the need to print thousands of paper waivers a month.
- All individuals under the age of 18 MUST have a waiver signed by a Parent or Court-Appointed Legal Guardian.
- Minors under the age of 18 without a waiver signed by a Parent or Court Appointed Legal Guardian will not be allowed to jump.
Patron Responsibilty Code
Master the fundamentals of single trampoline jumping before moving on to more advanced maneuvers, such as trampoline to trampoline jumping, and aerial skills, which increase the risk of injury.
- Jump in control
- Bend your knees to stop your bounce
- Bounce in the center of the trampoline
- Be aware of those around you to avoid collision
- Jump and land on two feet
- Noncompliance may result in the loss of your jumping privileges
