WHAT TO EXPECT ON PARTY DAY
Your Empire Adventure Park Party Experience: The Day OF YOUR UPCOMING PARTY
At Empire Adventure Park, we’re all about creating seamless, stress-free, and
unforgettable celebrations! Our Celebration Team will handle every detail so you can relax and enjoy your party day.
here's what to look forward to:
CHECK IN PROCESS
- Upon arrival, our Celebration Team will greet your group and check in each guest and verify waivers at our dedicated party desk.
- To keep things running smoothly, we recommend guests arrive 10 - 15 minutes early for check-in and complete a waiver prior to arrival.
- Don’t worry about latecomers—our team will ensure everyone is welcomed and included!
Play Time
- To get the excitement rolling, guests will receive a warm welcome from our Celebration Team, be escorted to their dedicated party area with any personal items,
- The participating guests will be brought onto the court to begin playing in one of our many attractions. They will also be scheduled for a private event in either laser tag or dodgeball, where for a limited period time the party can play and it is closed to the general public.
- Your Celebration Team Member is your facilitator of fun – playing with, interacting, and entertaining the kids through entire event, as well as assisting in food, beverage and celebration services.
- Our parties are open free-play style. If you do want a host to offer the guests a guided tour of the park, we can book one in advance, it is $50 for a guided tour host.
- Parties last 2 hours in total: 60 minutes of attraction play. 30 - 45 minutes in a private party room for food, drinks, and celebration. 15 - 30 minutes of play time to close out the event.
GIFTS
- We’ll transport your gifts to your party area so you can focus on the fun, knowing everything is safe and ready for you when it’s time to leave. When leaving our team will assist in bringing all gifts and items to your car
DECORATIONS
- Our Celebration Team will set up your party room to create the perfect festive atmosphere!
What We Provide
Tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, utensils, lighters, candles, a cake cutter, and balloon centerpieces for the tables. (Our tables are 9 – feet long and rectangular)
What You Can Drop of for us to set up?
No less than 24 hours prior to party
Tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, utensils, a banner and small table decorations to personalize your celebration (all items must be able to be set up and removed within 15 minutes).
What You Can Bring the day of the event?
Weighted, pre-inflated helium balloons and goodie bags.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Wall decor, gum, glitter, piñatas, confetti, sparklers, slime, or silly string.
Food and Beverage Service
- During your private room celebration, our team will handle food and drink service, so you can focus on enjoying the moment.
- Your all-inclusive party package includes 2 - 18 inch pizzas and water or fountain beverages (Coke Products) for 10 guests (Plus the birthday child). An additional pie is added for every 5 additional Guests added to the packages.
- Want more options? Check out our menu of delicious food and beverage upgrades to enhance the experience for both kids and adults.
Note: For contract packages, outside food may be brought in for a fee of $100, with the approved items limited to cold sandwiches and cold salads only
Cake
- You’re welcome to bring a dessert item to enjoy in the room. Refrigerators and freezers are available for storage if needed.
- When it’s time to celebrate, our crew will: light candles, cut the cake, and help create a memorable moment for the birthday child.
TIPPING
- Our Celebration Team works hard to make your party flawless and stress-free. Gratuities are appreciated for a job well done! We’re here to make your party an unforgettable experience for everyone. Let us handle the details so you can relax, celebrate, and create amazing memories!
